SJA was founded in Raipur as Swapnil Jaggi Architects in 2013 .The Founder and Principal architect Swapnil Jaggi graduated from Nagpur University in 2012. The Studio has a range of ongoing projects, which includes hospitality, institutional, residential, corporate interiors & redevelopment projects.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Architect Swapnil Jaggi strongly believes in taking design to an extremely conceptual stage followed by design analysis and study understanding the needs of the client in a detailed manner. He juxtaposes the orthogonal nature of clean lines with a luxurious mix of materials colors and texture in order to create a distinct look for each project. He strongly believes that no space is too small to be designed as creativity has no size, nor limits.

Our team work towards improving the quality of life/human comfort in symbiosis with the environment through the holistic lens of research, design, and construction. Working in simple yet innovative possibilities, our team combines distinct strengths over multiple domains to shape buildings, interiors and related endeavors, which are at the cutting edge of design thinking. Our team continues to create exceptional interior spaces. Our repertoire of projects includes private homes and office rendered with a wide palette of materials, colors and textures in a contemporary language.

As multidisciplinary practice, we offer unique and innovative design solutions to transform client’s ideas into successful projects which work both aesthetically and commercially. As a full service architectural  firm, we offer a combination of imaginative design, expertise, and intense involvement through the highest quality of professional services. Our services include one point contact with the client and include architectural and interior, structural and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services. Similarly, other consultants, such as planning, landscaping, acoustics, signage, external lighting etc. can also be provided as a single point contact. We also assist the client in selection of contractors & materials, prepare detailed estimates and timelines, phasing, and also carry out periodic inspection of the site during execution work.
